Daniel G. Branstetter, DVM, PhD, attended Iowa State University of Science and Technology in Ames, Iowa, and was awarded his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1975. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in veterinary pathology and received a PhD in Pathology at the Medical College of Ohio, now the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences (1979-1983). Dr. Branstetter served as Captain in the United States Army Veterinary Corps (1975-1979). He remains at the forefront of his challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations. As a result of his outstanding performance in the field of veterinary pathology, The International Association of HealthCare Professionals (IAHCP) has selected Daniel G. Branstetter, DVM, PhD, to be featured in the premier publication of The Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. He feels that his success is primarily attributable to always following his interests, as well as being driven by curiosity and dedicates his spare time to playing the piano.
